Cambridge Molecular Releases Version 2.0 of the Palladium DEL Follow-Up Suite

Cambridge Molecular officially announces a major update to its Palladium DEL Follow-Up Suite. The Palladium DEL Follow-Up Suite is a fully-featured downloadable offline software application for handling DEL datasets, including triage, denoising, and virtual screening. The platform lets DEL users regardless of their scale make full and unlimited use of Cambridge Molecular’s most advanced DEL-related algorithms.

This major update introduces an entirely new DEL-based virtual screening tool called DELNexus, which enables both broad-net and focussed virtual screens from a DEL dataset in just a few clicks. It is a rapid and powerful tool for exhaustively discovering any druglike near-neighbours of enriched DEL hits within an internal or external catalogue of interest. As such, it can cut the time from DEL decoding to assayed actives by many weeks, and the cost per assayed compound by 90% or more.

The update also fully automates PocketMapper’s ability to triage DEL datasets and clarify the choice of libraries and hits for resynthesis. Additional updated systems include an improved engine for extracting enriched disynthon features, a roughly 10-fold increase in the speed of ShapeRetriever, and a library “bookmarking” feature that persists across analysis tools. The platform's visual design has also been updated.

Guy Lewy, CEO, gave the following statement:

“We are delighted to announce the release of this major update for Palladium, and are grateful for the continuous feedback and feature requests from our partners in large pharma and biotech DEL teams. Our enduring objective is to make the discovery of diverse and druglike actives from DEL datasets a one-click exercise, and this new version - especially the release of DELNexus - is a milestone on that path.”

The Palladium DEL Follow-Up Suite is a downloadable software application that enables unlimited usage of Cambridge Molecular’s powerful algorithms for DEL-based virtual screening, DEL hit resynthesis prioritisation, and DEL dataset triage. It is available for licence by any group that handles DEL data. Licences include full data analysis and installation support.
